ELDOA Classes

ELDOAs are myofascial stretching techniques that were created by Dr Guy Voyer D.O.  with the goal of solving back pain. Each stretch is designed to create space in specific joints in order to improve joint function and overall health. They are very specific and complex techniques that require strong attention to form and correct progressions.
