Mr. Exercise will assess your lifestyle with regards to movement. There is no commitment and each session is designed to equip you with solutions you can practice on your own to make significant changes in how you feel and move in daily life. Learn what you need to know in order to be your own best trainer. Using the ELDOA Method and other cutting edge movement patterns and stretches, you will begin to see exercise as more palatable and practical than what you might be used to. You are in control of your journey to health and you are the one doing the work. Each online session is an opportunity to refresh, teach new concepts, and assess progress.
