How to Improve Joint Mobility


There are several experts I like to follow when learning about ways to improve movement and flexibility. Scott Sonnon is a recognized martial art expert, fitness coach and dyslexia advocate who focuses on the discipline of joint mobility.

A published author and public speaker, Scott was named the creator of the "World's Smartest Workout" (called TACFIT) by Men's Health Magazine,in 2014. He is a global staff trainer for the 2014 Nike Academy and his fitness system, Circular Strength Training, is used around the world.
