Seminars are designed to teach employees how to minimize negative physical consequences from jobs that are sedentary and/or physically demanding. Employees are educated on how the body remodels and adapts itself to chronic, stationary positions as well as repetitive movements.


There is also a physical component where self-myofascial release, stretches and other exercises are taught that target the most commonly dysfunctional areas of our bodies.


Employees are also taught protocols and “life hacks” that act as guidelines for integrating what they learn into their daily routine to maximize benefits.
